  • Can I Put Personal Items in My Car During Transport?
    Yes, You can place up to 100 pounds of personal items in the trunk or inside the vehicle, as long as they are below window level and securely packed to prevent movement during transit
  • How Should I Prepare My Vehicle for Transportation?
    Good news--you don’t need to do much! Just ensure:
    -> There are no loose parts on the vehicle.
    -> Personal items inside the car are under 100 pounds and securely placed below window level.
    That’s it! We’ll handle the rest.
  • How Long Will Delivery Take?
    Delivery times vary based on distance:
    Usually driver cover up to 400 miles per day
    -> Coast to coast: 7-10 days
    ->North to south: 3-5 days
    Exact timing may vary due to weather, traffic, and route conditions, but we ensure a smooth and timely delivery!
  • What is Door-to-Door Delivery?
    Convenience at Your Doorstep!
    Our driver will pick up your vehicle from your specified location and deliver it directly to your chosen destination ,no terminals, no extra stops!
  • When is Door-to-Door Delivery Not Possible?
    In some cases, the driver may request to meet at a nearby large parking lot if:
    -Streets are too narrow for a large transport truck.
    -The delivery location is a dead-end (cul-de-sac).
    -Low-hanging trees could obstruct the truck’s path.
    We’ll always coordinate the most convenient and accessible delivery option for you!
  • Do You Have a Terminal for Drop-Off or Pick-Up?
    No, we don’t have terminals since we specialize in door-to-door delivery. However, if you need flexibility, we can:
    -Arrange a late delivery to accommodate your schedule.
    -Coordinate with you to drop off your vehicle at a nearby terminal where the driver can store it safely.
    We’re here to make the process as convenient as possible!
  • What Should I Do If My Vehicle Is Damaged?
    Step 1: Inspect the Vehicle
    At pickup and delivery, you and the driver will inspect the vehicle together and document its condition.
    -Step 2: Report Any Damage
    If any damage occurs during transportation, note it on the Bill of Lading and take clear photos. ---Step 3: Insurance Coverage
    The insurance policy will cover any damage sustained during transit, ensuring your vehicle is fully protected.

  • What Kind of Trucks Do You Use?
    We use 8-10 car haulers, similar to the large transport trucks you see delivering vehicles to dealerships. These professional-grade carriers ensure safe and efficient transportation for your vehicle.
    For enclosed transport, we also offer fully covered trailers for extra protection.

  • Do I Have to Be Present at the Pickup or Delivery Location?
    -Pickup: You do not need to be present at the pickup location. A friend, neighbor, or relative can hand the keys to the driver for you.
    -Delivery:
    You don’t have to be there for delivery either, as long as you’ve arranged payment for the driver.

    Your vehicle will only be driven when loading or unloading from the truck. It will stay on one truck for the entire journey, picked up according to the delivery schedule, ensuring it is not shuffled or moved.

  • Does Your Driver Have a TWIC Card?
    Yes, some of our drivers have TWIC card. If you need to pick up a vehicle from a port, we will assign a driver who has a TWIC card.
